    We offer you information and advice on the topic of gender equality and diversity in research proposals. You will find guidelines and supporting documents for DFG proposals as well as information on gender and diversity in EU proposals.

  • Do you want to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of gender and diversity?
    Gender&Diversity Consulting and other institutions at the University of Stuttgart offer (self-study) courses for university members. Take a look at our glossary.

  • Are you a scientist in the early stages of your career (doctoral candidate or postdoc)?
    The pooling of research networks offers various career development services such as coaching, workshops and information.

  • Would you like to achieve a better balance between family and research?
    We would be happy to inform and advise you about our support services and family-friendly infrastructure.

  • Would you like support for a specific issue in your professional role?
    We are expanding and revising our coaching offer for scientists in the research networks. The coaching pool will be available to you again from October, but we are already offering you a first glimpse.
